Forces of Nature (1999) is a romantic comedy directed by Bronwen Hughes, starring Ben Affleck as Ben Holmes, a conservative writer en route to his wedding in Savannah, and Sandra Bullock as Sarah Lewis, a free-spirited drifter. After their flight is grounded due to a bird strike and an approaching hurricane, the two embark on a chaotic road trip filled with misadventures, leading Ben to question his impending marriage. The film also features Maura Tierney, Steve Zahn, Blythe Danner and Ronny Cox.
